This screen gives you a consolidated view of the current level of progression towards your Goals across all the developmental areas of Goals, Capabilities, Insights and Presentations. The progress and performance dashboards and dials allow the mentee, mentor and manager to share a common view on progress.

Goals and Capabilities are a consolidation of the Mentee, Mentor(s) and Manager(s) assessment only, whilst the Insights and Presentations are the consolidated feedback from the whole program group.This screen is designed to give you a quick view of how you are progressing in the 4 main personal development competency areas and are specifically separated from the Career Progress screen as these metrics are more unique to you as an individual and are not necessarily as structured and outcomes oriented as the Career Progress elements.

 

This allows you to maintain a critical balance between the passion and purpose of Personal Development and the performance and progress of Professional Development.

 

There is a substantial body or academic research as well as implementation evidence that shows that when people are developed in a mentored, managed, motivated and monitored environment, their development is a factor of 3 times that of those left to their own devices. 

 

This App and Career Head Quarters (CHQ) provides you with a quick check in capability to keep monitoring and working towards your Goals and their underlying Experiential Capabilities which will underpin your success. The views and feedback from colleagues, peers and professional on your regular learning insights shared and your professional presentation will ensure you become a well-rounded confident, capable and competent young professional.

GOALS

Your progress is measured as a percentage complete out of 100% in increments of 10%. You can drill down into any specific Goal progress in your Goal area of the App or CHQ.

CAPABILITIES

Your development is measured as a performance rating out of 5. You can drill down into any specific Capability areas in your Goal and Capabilities area of the App or CHQ.

Insights and Presentations are a consolidation of the whole group’s evaluation.

INSIGHTS

Your insights are measured as an averaged group value rating out of 5 with your own personal average shown to you for comparison and self-evaluation.

Your presentations are measured as a total number of feedback comments as well as an averaged group performance rating
