Women in Series

KMG WIN.S White

"She flies with her own wings”

The majority of existing “women’s” initiatives often seem un-sustained and event driven. They lack the ability to ensure real societal transformation and gender equality in the world. This format seems to deliver just another broken promise. The exponential value is still locked away and unrealised, with glass ceilings and restrictive growth environments remaining the norm, across multiple professional sectors.

Utlising the power of social networks and the trusted tribe concept, KMG's
"Women In...Series" liberates professionals from feeling overwhelmed to rather having just enough, just in time and just for you.
.

Powered by our bespoke Software with a Service (SwaS) platform, WIN.S offers women better access to safe social learning and self-actualising professional career mentoring. Anywhere and anytime.

Our WinS Founder's Story

Meet Shelley Coleman Marsh

Shelley Coleman Marsh

Meet the visionary behind the Women in Series (WinS) movement, Shelley Coleman-Marsh, co-founder of KMG and a seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of corporate and business acumen. Shelley's journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for women to excel in both their professional and personal lives.

In her early years, Shelley embarked on a path few dared to tread, with a background in structural engineering. She confronted the formidable challenges of a male-dominated and patriarchal culture, where women were often discouraged from pursuing careers in engineering. However, her determination and resilience set her on a trajectory towards breaking barriers and inspiring change.

Shelley's dedication to empowering women didn't stop at her own success. For the past two decades, she has been at the helm of a multi-award-winning structured mentoring business, leading the charge in mentoring and nurturing talent. Her expertise in this field led her to serve as a judge on the Gender Mainstream Awards program for eight years in South Africa, where she gained invaluable insights into the disparity between corporate executive ideals of gender equality and the real experiences of program participants.

Upon relocating to the UK and co-founding Knowledge Mentoring (Global), Shelley's vision crystallized into WinS. It emerged from her profound understanding that the challenges and experiences faced by women in their careers, whether in Africa or Europe, were remarkably similar. Through extensive Diversity, Equality, and Inclusivity (DEI) research conducted in collaboration with master's degree students at Surrey University in Guildford, Shelley solidified her commitment to bridging these gaps.

Shelley Coleman-Marsh's journey, marked by resilience, empathy, and a tireless pursuit of gender equality, forms the very foundation of WinS. Her personal experiences and tireless dedication have given birth to a movement that promises to reshape the future for women in both corporate and academic spheres, providing them with the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
