I am truly honoured to be representing WITBE in Botswana.
I am taking up the role because I want to be the change I want to see. I want to be that physical representation that I longed to see when I had just graduated with my Civil engineering degree. I want to be at the forefront of the conversations that women in the built environment ae having concerning creating a sustainable career for the girl child in the built environment.

I am excited for the opportunity to serve as a country ambassador for Women in the built environment for Namibia. My commitment lies in fostering a supportive community for women in the field. Inspired by the idea that "Together we rise, divided we fall," I emphasize the strength and unity among women. WITBE's focus is on creating a safe and encouraging space where women can thrive, challenge stereotypes, and grow together and I am grateful to be a part of such a great initiative and hope I can encourage more to join.
